Our Mission
Certified Paralegal Services with more than 25 years of experience and the insight to perfect almost any motion effectively. After conducting extensive legal and investigative/research, we carefully review the potential merits of each assignment, and thereafter, select the appropriate attorney (or paralegal) to work with to increase the odds of success in each case. In 1995, the Founder was arrested and sentenced to three life sentences in our Federal Criminal Justice System where he became a certified paralegal, the federal system is a tough, rough and harsh system. Within this system he became a giant helping hundreds of inmates receive reduced sentences and vacating their convictions. In fact, in his own case his hard work resulted in a sentence reduction to time served. In the order granting this relief, the Hon. Norman A. Mordue, Senior U.S. District Court Judge noted: "[Walker] is encouraged to continue his positive efforts toward a lawful, productive life.

WE ARE NOT A PRO BONO SERVICE. WE DO NOT OFFER FREE LEGAL ADVICE. As a business we do
have operating cost and expenses. Case Assessments Fees are non-refundable. We require a signed service
agreement and motions must be PAID IN FULL before we will begin the actual writing process.
We have grown without solicitation or advertisement. Word of Mouth referrals have been our only source of
advertising. Most likely you or your loved one found out about our work as result of someone benefiting from
our work. As a result of our success we have been featured on "SHOWTIME" Supreme Team Documentary,
Episode 3; Co-authored a book called "Young Boss & Blessed", writing the "Guide to Constitutional Law"; was
offered a partnership with the National Council for Incarcerated and Formerly Incarcerated women, to carry on
the "Charlotte Ray's Legacy" by seeking compassion release for women incarcerated in the BOP; We also
work other organizations "it takes a village"," Fighting 4 Freedom"(and many other organizations), under the
principles of mentors, transforming hearts, changing lives, and altering destinies; June of 2023, we were
featured in a workbook called 'PREPARING FOR SUCCESS AFTER PRISON", (Visit
www.prisonprofessors.com/book), by Michael G. Santos. He publishes books/courses/videos to help people in
prison help themselves; and in 2009, the founder "2nd Chance 4 REAL" through his own ambition and funding,
completed course work as a Certified Paralegal through the Blackstone Career Institution in an effort to further
his abilities in performing the duties of a legal Clerk. He received a "Certificate of Meritorious Service at USP-
Lewisburg. Pa., Law Library for more than "10 years of dedicated and professional Service.
